The process includes the following steps:

(1) Lens processing: the semi-finished resin anti blue light is processed into a resin substrate or the anti blue light resin substrate is visually inspected, pretreated and clamped

(2) Add 0.02% 0.1% special absorbent into top coating hardening liquid mp7110, add 0.1% 0.12% special absorbent into pr1135, fully stir until it is completely dissolved, and then add it into the hardening liquid tank in the hardening machine for 110 minutes μ The filter core was recycled for 24h

(3) The lens is hardened and coated by the automatic hardening machine, and the pulling speed of mp7110 and pr1135 of the prepared solution in step (2) is 1.5mm/s1.8mm/s. After pulling, it is put into the oven and cured at 115 ℃ for 2.5h

(4) The lens solidified in step (3) is transferred to a vacuum coater for 462nm and 585nm visible light reflection coating. The lens of the invention can reflect the glare wavelength of LED and xenon lamp at a fixed point through vacuum coating to further enhance the function of lens driving at night.
